After you confirm your order and make payment, we will normally arrange shipment within 1 business day and then deliver it via courier.

Free delivery is offered on all orders over HK$600; orders under HK$600 will incur a HK$60 delivery fee.

If you require delivery to an SF Express self-pickup point, simply fill in the address or code of the SF Express self-pickup point (only available for SF Express self-service lockers and SF Express stations).
Delivery is not available in the following areas:
Lantau Island, Ma Wan, Kwun Yam Shan, outlying islands, restricted areas (not all areas are listed; please contact customer service for assistance).
Limited delivery service is available at the following locations:
i. Door-to-door delivery services is not available for government agencies (including but not limited to government offices and police stations), hospitals and funeral homes; recipients must collect the package at the door.
ii. For some addresses, customers must collect the package at a designated location. For example, for buildings without elevators, the package must be collected on the ground floor. For village houses, the package must be collected at the entrance, archway, or a location agreed upon by the delivery person and the recipient.
iii. If the delivery location is not directly accessible by vehicle, the driver will arrange for handover at a safe roadside parking spot.
After your order is packaged and shipped, we will send an email to your registered email address detailing the contents of the delivery, the order tracking number, and a link to the courier’s website for tracking the delivery progress of your order.

All personal data collected over the Internet is stored on our secure servers, and only authorized personnel are permitted to access your personal data.
However, given the nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that any system will be completely immune to intrusion, nor can we guarantee that any data provided on the Internet is completely secure.
Therefore, to ensure data security, we take appropriate physical, electronic and administrative measures, and we will make every effort to protect your personal data.
6.1 All ordered goods are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. In case of any dispute, we reserve the right of final decision.
6.2 If an order cannot be delivered due to factors such as an incorrect delivery address, incorrect postal code, or multiple unclaimed delivery attempts, a 20% handling fee will be deducted from the total order amount when issuing a refund. We can resend the returned package, but you will need to pay the shipping fee again.
6.3 Packages returned due to abnormalities must be resent within 90 days. We will notify the customer using the contact information provided by the customer (including telephone number or email). The customer is responsible for contacting us for further processing. Otherwise, the parcel will be deemed forfeited and handled at our discretion, with no objections accepted from the payer or recipient.
