1.Can I shop on Lung Fung’s website without registering an account?

Yes. (The website currently does not have a registration function.)

2.How do I start shopping?

Click here to learn more about the shopping online at Lung Fung Mall.

3.How can I find special promotions or offers?

Click “Limited-Time Offers” in the top menu to view all the latest promotional offers.

4. How do I pay for an order?

Simply add the products you want to order to your cart and select “Checkout” in “My Cart”.

5. What payment methods are available?

Currently, you can pay for online orders with a credit card (Visa/Mastercard), Alipay, or WeChat Pay.

6. How can I view detailed information about my order status?

Order details will be sent by email (confirmation email and delivery information). You can check the delivery progress of your package using the information in the email.

7. I don’t live in Hong Kong. Can I still shop on the Lung Fung website?

Currently, Lung Fung only accepts orders shipped to Hong Kong.

If you require delivery to mainland China, please place your order through the online store on the Lung Fung Group official WeChat account (ID: LungFungGroup).
