After placing your order, you will receive a shipping notification and tracking number by email.
Copy the tracking number to check your package status at the following link:
• If the tracking number starts with SF, please check the package status on the SF Express website.
• If the tracking number starts with CXC, please check the package status on the CXC Express website.
| B. Refunds & damage |

Under normal circumstances, all orders are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.
However, the following exceptions apply:
If, after receiving your order, you discover that a product is close to its expiry date (less than six months from the order date for pharmaceutical, healthcare, cosmetics and fragrance products, and less than three months from the order date for fragrance for other types of products), the product will be regarded as a “near-expiry item,” and you may contact customer service for assistance.
If there are any product quality issues, please contact customer service.
In case of any dispute, we reserve the right of final decision.
Please contact customer service within 48 hours of signing for the package. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and arrange a return/exchange.
During transportation, wear to the packaging such as loose seals, scratches, or worn edges may occur. If these issues do not affect the normal use of the product, they shall not constitute grounds for return or exchange.

If the package you receive has damaged outer packaging, you can refuse to accept it.
If the outer packaging of the package is intact but the goods are damaged, please contact customer service via WhatsApp (852) 6932 5937 within 48 hours of signing for the package.

As everyone’s skin type is different, if you experience allergies or dryness after using the product, please stop using the product immediately and wait until the symptoms subside before using the product again after testing and confirming that there are no adverse reactions.
