A. Delivery service

1. Can online orders be delivered to mainland China?

Currently, online orders placed with Lung Fung Mall can only be shipped to Hong Kong.

If you require delivery to mainland China, please place your order through the online store on the Lung Fung Group official WeChat account (ID: LungFungGroup).

B. Promotional offers

1. Are there any promotional offers coming up? Will I be notified? How will I be notified?

2. How do I add/remove free gifts from my order?

Free gifts are provided in one of the following two ways, depending on the specific requirements of the offer.

• Automatically add to cart: You will automatically receive a free gift when you purchase a designated product or reach the designated spending threshold. If you do not want the free gift, you can remove it from your shopping cart.

• Shopping cart pop-up notification: If you wish to add a gift, you must manually add it to your shopping cart. If you do not want the free gift, you can proceed directly to checkout without adding it.

C. Payment issues

1.Why is “Payment failed” displayed when making a payment?

‧ Credit card transaction failed:

Please contact your credit card issuer for assistance.

‧ WeChat Pay transaction failed:

We recommend opening the website on a computer and then scanning the QR code with your mobile phone. Please ensure that you scan the QR code within a short period of time, otherwise the QR code may become invalid.

‧ Alipay transaction failed:

It is not recommended to use WeChat’s built-in browser to open websites and make Alipay payments (WeChat’s built-in browser does not support Alipay).

 As the website is not an app, payments made via Alipay or WeChat Pay will not automatically redirect to the Alipay or WeChat Pay app. Therefore, we recommend placing your order with a computer (or using an extra phone).

D. Delivery issues

1.How many days will it take to receive the goods after completing payment?

Under normal circumstances, after you confirm you order and make payment, we will arrange shipment within 1 business day (except when the items you are ordered are out-of-stock or other unforeseen factors), and then deliver it by courier.

The entire delivery process typically takes approximately 7 business days(it may take longer),depending on the courier company’s delivery time and the distance travelled.No delivery service is provided on Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.)

2.Where are the goods shipped from?

All packages shipped through our online shopping platform are dispatched from Lung Fung’s own warehouses or stores.
