We, the supplier, represent, warrant and guarantee to you, Lung Fung Group Holdings Limited, that:

• All products supplied to your company by this supplier are genuine, authentic and legally supplied.
• All product information provided to your company by this supplier, including but not limited to ingredients, nutritional information, energy value, content, target group, expiration date, instructions for use and/or precautions, import requirements and product descriptions, is accurate and complete.
• All products supplied to your company by this supplier are in complete conformity with the description contained on the product packaging in terms of ingredients, composition and materials.
• The sale of products supplied to your company by this supplier will not infringe upon any trademark rights, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights of the brand owner and/or manufacturer; and
• If the products are purchased by this supplier from the brand owner or its authorized manufacturer or other intermediaries and resold to your company, such products have not been repackaged or altered in any way from the time they left the factory of the brand owner or its authorized manufacturer until they were delivered to your company, and have not been altered or damaged in any way that would change or impair the original condition of the genuine products, nor have any changes been made that could cause the products to become infringing products or give rise to infringement-related legal disputes.
