These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms of Sale”) apply to any products ordered and purchased through this website. By submitting an order on this website, you are deemed to have agreed to and be bound by these Terms of Sale. If you do not agree to these terms of sale, please do not submit any orders on this website.
The Company reserves the right to revise these Terms of Sale at any time. The revised Terms of Sale will take effect simultaneously for you and the Company once published on this website. Therefore, the Company recommends that you check the Terms of Sale on the Lung Fung website before purchasing any products to ensure that you are aware of and fully understand the terms in effect at that time. The Company will do its best to ensure that the information and content on the website are accurate. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company makes no warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or correctness of the information and content on this website.
3.1 After you order our products through the website shopping cart, we will send you a shipping invoice and delivery note by email to confirm that we have received your order. However, this email does not imply that the Company has accepted the order or confirmed the sale. Under normal circumstances, the Company will do its best to meet your order requirements. However, even if you have already paid the corresponding amount to us, we may refuse to accept the order or limit the order quantity due to inventory, pricing, payment confirmation or processing failures, or any other reason. Before accepting or processing any order, we may request other relevant information from you.
3.2 If we refuse to accept the order, we will notify you of the relevant action within three business days after the order is placed via the email or telephone number you provided when registering on this website. If you have already made payment and the order is cancelled, we will refund the amount paid to your original payment method within five business days. (The actual time it takes to receive the funds depends on the credit card issuer or other payment platform (WeChat Pay, Alipay), and typically takes 4-6 weeks.)
3.3 If you do not receive an email or phone call from us within three business days after order confirmation informing you that the order has been cancelled, it means that we have accepted the order.
3.4 Once you have confirmed your order, you may not change the details of the order or the method of pickup.
4.1 The Company reserves the right to correct any pricing errors caused by negligence. If there is a pricing error, we will notify you by email or telephone within three days. You may choose to continue with your purchase at the correct price or cancel the order without incurring any fees.
4.2 You may pay using Visa, Mastercard, WeChat Pay, and Alipay.
4.3 You hereby declare and warrant that the credit card you use to pay for your order is lawfully owned by you or that you are duly authorized to use it.
4.4 The Company may change the payment methods of the online store at any time without prior notice.
4.5 All payment transactions authorized by this website are encrypted using 256-bit Extended Validation Certificate (EV) SSL transactions and support Visa and Mastercard CVV/CVC checks as well as 3D security authentication.
Ownership of the goods will be transferred to you upon receipt of your full payment or upon shipment of the goods from the Company. Once the goods are delivered to your designated location, the risk of loss is transferred to you.
6.1 Some products are sourced directly from their country of origin. Therefore, these products may not have Chinese labels or may only meet the relevant standards of the country of origin, which may differ from the product standards in mainland China. The Company assumes no responsibility for any risks arising therefrom.
6.2 Our products are sourced from various parts of the world, and brands may have their products manufactured by different factories in different countries. Therefore, there may be different versions of the same product, and there may be slight differences between versions (including but not limited to country of origin information, batch number, packaging and appearance). Please make your purchase only after you have fully understood such differences.
6.3 Products sourced from overseas may not list the shelf life separately on the packaging, or depending on the brand, the packaging may only indicate the production date, expiration date or batch number.
6.4 As the packaging of some overseas goods changes frequently, the goods you receive may not be exactly the same as indicated in the images. Images and descriptions are provided for reference only, and may vary from the actual goods. We will make every effort to update images and descriptions in a timely manner.
6.5 Some products may list suitable skin types. As skin type and allergens differ between individuals, you should carefully choose products that are appropriate for your own needs.
6.6 No refunds or exchanges will be offered for any sold or used products, except for out-of-stock items. If any items in your order are out of stock, you can choose the following methods for refund or exchange:

If any items in your order are out of stock, you may choose to exchange them for items of the same or a higher price, provided the total amount of the exchanged items reaches the total refund amount. If the total amount of the exchanged items is higher than the total refund amount, you will need to make up the difference.
6.7 If, after receiving your order, you discover that a product is close to its expiry date (less than six months from the order date for pharmaceutical, healthcare, cosmetics and fragrance products, and less than three months from the order date for fragrance for other types of products), the product will be regarded as a “near-expiry item,” and you may contact customer service for assistance.
6.8 Once an order is confirmed and payment is successful, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for any ordered goods. Except in special circumstances that will be handled on a case-by-case basis, if any paid order needs to be cancelled, we will charge a 20% handling fee on the total order amount. Once an order has been shipped, it is not possible to request a return, exchange or refund.

7.2 If your order has been shipped by us, you can use the tracking number in your email to check the delivery status of your order.
8.1 Nothing in these Terms of Sale shall limit or exclude any liability of one party to the other for the following:

8.3 Pursuant to Clause 8.1, to the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party shall be liable to the other for any indirect, incidental or special damages, loss of business or profits arising out of or related to your purchase, use or operation of the goods.
9.1 All online orders are subject to availability and will be delivered in accordance with the Company’s delivery policy.
9.2 We will endeavour to ensure that you receive the goods within the delivery timeframe communicated by the Company. As the delivery of goods may be affected by numerous uncontrollable factors after shipment, the Company will not be liable for any delays in the delivery time.
Our company does not sell products to children. If you are under the age of 18, you must use this website under the supervision of your parent or guardian. The above Terms of Use (i.e. Terms of Sale) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You agree that the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim concerning the Terms of Use and Terms and Sale.
