Terms and conditions for exchange of goods

1. Generally, items that have been sold are not eligible for refunds or exchanges;

2. However, in the event of quality issues, Lung Fung Group may arrange for replacement with goods of equal value, but will not provide a refund;

3. If the value of the exchanged goods is lower than the value of the original goods, the difference will not be refunded;

4. If you require a replacement, please bring the original receipt and the goods eligible for exchange to the branch where you purchased the goods within 7 days from the date of purchase.

5. Goods eligible for exchange must be in an unused condition, and be presented together with all accessories (if any), including instruction manuals, consumables, packaging, and boxes;

6. No exchange requests will be accepted if the original receipt cannot be presented, or if the receipt is damaged, stained, or incomplete.

7. If any discounts and/or gifts were received when purchasing the item to be exchanged, the value of the discount will be factored into the exchange, and any gifts received must be returned in full;

8. Lung Fung Group reserves the right to amend or terminate the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice;

9. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
