採購條款

我們，作為供應商，茲向龍豐集團有限公司作出如下聲明、保證及擔保：

由本供應商向貴公司供應之一切產品均屬真品正品且合法供應；
由本供應商向貴公司提供之一切產品資訊，包括但不限於成分、營養資料、能量值、含量、適用人群、有效期、使用說明及/或注意事項、進口要求及商品說明，均準確完整；
由本供應商向貴公司供應之一切產品，其成分、構成及材質均與產品包裝上所載之描述完全相符；
銷售由本供應商向貴公司供應之產品，不會侵犯品牌擁有人及/或製造商之任何商標權、版權或其他知識產權；及
若產品由本供應商向品牌擁有人或其授權製造商或其他中介採購並轉售予貴公司，該等產品自品牌擁有人或其授權製造商出廠後直至交付貴公司期間，未曾經過重新包裝，亦未有任何形式之變更或修改，以致改變或損害原廠正品之原始狀態，且未作出任何可能導致產品成為侵權產品或引發侵權法律爭議之變更。

Procurement Terms

We, the supplier, represent, warrant and guarantee to you, Lung Fung Group Holdings Limited, that:

all products supplied by us to you are authentic and legal;
all product information provided by us to you, including ingredients, nutrition information, energy values, contents, suitable users, expiry date, instructions and/or precaution for use, import requirements and trade description are accurate and complete;
all products supplied by us to you conform with the description relating to ingredients, composition and materials as provided on the product packaging;
the sale of products supplied by us to you will not infringe any trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights of the brand owner and/or the manufacturer; and
where products are procured by us from the brand owner or its authorised manufacturer(s) or other intermediaries for resale to you, the products supplied by us to you have not been repackaged and have not been changed or modified in any respect after they were released from the brand owner or its authorised manufacturer(s) up to their delivery to you, which will result in the original conditions of the original genuine products be changed or impaired in any respect(s), and that no change whatsoever has been made which will or may lead to the products becoming infringing products or will lead to any legal dispute on infringement.
